ETHICS AND ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES WITH SCHOOLS OF ALCALÁ DE HENARES
In the 2015/2016 academic year, we carried out various ethics and environmental education activities with schools in Alcalá de Henares. In the first place, we organized two trips to the Henares River (Exit 1) (Exit 2) in which the monitors of the LIVING TERRITORIES ASSOCIATION told us about the Rivers Project and showed the students how to realize water quality analysis in the Henares River. Second, a workshop to analyze practical cases in environmental ethics was held in which students were able to learn a case study method and put it into practice with a real case that happened recently in Spain. The IES Alonso Quijano and the CBC "La Alborada" participated in the activities.
